Popcorn Hostel Terms And Conditions

1. Room check in : 3:00pm, Room check out : 12:00pm

Cleaning staff in attendance 12:00pm - 3:00pm

2. Food and Drinks

① Free Breakfast (self service) 07:30 -  12:30

  * Eggs, Toast and Coffee
  ** ONLY Popcorn Original & Blue House, no Breakfast at Busan St. House

② Draft beer, Rice wine and Soju Available (fee applies)

  - outside food & drink Welcome (including deliverly from Local takeaway - Staff assistance for translation available)

③ Food & Drinks Restricted to common lounge and kitchen area only

④ Access to common area available 24 hours - guests responsible for maintaining area to be clean and tidy (including wash/dry/replace dishes used)
3. Access to rooftop available for smoking - please no smoking in all indoor areas.

4. ‧ Common area access available until 03:am

   ‧ In the interests of other guest comfort, please restrict noise from 12:00pm

   ‧ Restricted access may be considered, as required

   ‧ outside visitors are welcome in common areas ( lounge / kitchen / rooftop only - please not in rooms.

5. Please help us avoid unnecessary power use by turning off lights airconditioner if room is to be vacant for extended period.
6. - complimentary secure for valuables is available at front reception (please enquire)
   - items not stored at front reception are at guests discretion and risk.
7. - laundry service available via front reception
   - charges: KRW 3,000 per basket (or part) - washing
              KRW 2,000 per basket (or part) - drying
   - charges waived if staying 3 nights or more.
8. - Free wireless internet available in common areas and rooms.

                     Pop3, Pop4, Pop5 unsecured (no password)

   - Free fax and copy service (limited to way 5 sheets)
9. Main reception staff are happy to assist with all enquiries to help you enjoy your stay in Busan.
Please ask for assistance with places to eat, things to see and do in the local area.
10. Please note that all damages (including extra ordinary cleaning of room/bedding) will be charged at market rates.

<Cancellation Policy>
- If you cancel on the check in day and just one day before(24 hours before check in), the first night is non-refundable. 
- For a full refund, cancellation must be made 7 days prior to local check in time. 
- If you cancel 2 days to 6 days before your check in day, then 50% of your payment is refundable.

-The room rate for VIP & Family room are based on 2 guest, if you add 1 more guest then you will be charged extra KRW15,000 per guest.
-We have 4 bed Family room and 6 bed Family room.
-If you need 6 bed Family room then book only for 4 guests and please write a note on the next page that you are 6 guests or mail us accordingly.
-The kids under 6 years old worn't be charged for extra, however if more then two then will be required to pay KRW5,000 per kids.

-You will be asked keeping key money for 10,000Won, it will refund when you check out.
